Unwrapped Collection

The December 2009 artwalk was my favorite show to date. The unwrapped collection concept that I came up
with was 5 models that each were a material that you would wrap something up in. It was a fantastic show!
Alysha's material was foil. She was fantastic at laying out some attitude to go with her
foil mohawk but at the same time having a slight sweetness to her.
I had a bit of a mental block when it came to cardboard but
it ended up being a big hit with all the on lookers, I was very happy with how it turned out.
Cellophane was probably my favorte! To me she looked like she was straight out of a German music video, very
fun! 
Newspaper was a bit edgy with her airbrushed neck and dark eyes that were all representing the ink that we
all get covered in when reading a newspaper.
   Bubble wrap was the inspiration for this collection. I have really wanted to play around with this material
and so it brought the creation of the unwrapped collection with it. photography: www.suzannefogarty.com
